Ingredients
- Marathi moggu /Annasi poo - 4. (shikmic acid).
This is used for preparing flu medicine - Garlic -10 (Allicin Sulphide)
This is an important ingredient for preparing flu medicine - Tulsi Leaves hand full (Resistance power)
These leaves have the capacity of increasing resistance power in human body. This can be used in the food to gain the resistance power - Small onion - 50 gms (folic acid)
This prevents from swine flu - Turmeric/Manjal podi 3/4 tbsp spoon
This is used for germ free - Lavang or krambu - 10 (omega 3 fatty acid)
This prevents from swine flu - Karu Veppilai curry leaves - 10 leaves
Prevents from poisionous germs - Nallennai/ gingelly oil - 100 ml
Prevents from high cholestrol, toothache, psoriasis, aching muscles, blurred vision - Veppilai / Neem leaves - 10 leaves
- Salt as per taste
Method :
- Grind all these ingredients to smooth paste
- In a tava (kadai) pour gingelly oil ,put the fine paste to it
- It has to be cooked in a medium flame till the oil oozes out
- add salt to taste
The healthy legyam is ready. This can be served with hot rice. It can be stored in refrigerator for 10 days as this would be of bitter taste, try feeding this to all.
